Legal information, not representation

We are not a law firm. Gideon, the library and Roadmap provide general legal information, not advice about an individual case. Use does not create an attorney-client relationship. Messages are not privileged. Save incident details for your lawyer.

AI limitations and your messages

Gideon is AI. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or inapplicable and should be independently verified. Do not use the assistant as a substitute for licensed counsel. By pressing Send beside the notice, you authorize processing of the submitted messages and conversation context through Portkey and the configured AI providers under their retention policies. Do not submit information you do not want processed. See the Privacy Policy.

Optional private quality-review saving is a separate choice, off by default. It does not authorize model training or transcript sharing with law firms. Only information you separately authorize for a supported attorney introduction may be shared for that purpose. No firm relationship, availability or outcome is promised.

Use and availability

Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit information without authority, evade safety controls or abuse the service. We may limit access to protect availability and security. Information and features are provided as available, without a promise of accuracy, completeness or any legal result. Laws and procedures vary and change.
