Privacy

Your privacy is the product

Understand what is processed, what you can choose to save, and who can review it.

  1. 1

    This chat is not privileged

We say so up front, not in the fine print. Information you submit here is not automatically protected by attorney-client privilege.

  2. 2

    The assistant interrupts confessions

If you begin to describe what you did, a fixed script stops you and explains why — protecting you from yourself.

  3. 3

    Saving is your choice

Saving is off by default. When offered, you can choose to save new messages and the assistant’s actual replies for private quality and safety review. Old history is not uploaded. You can chat without saving, stop future saving, or delete the saved review copy using the chat control. Review copies expire 90 days after consent; expired copies are hidden immediately and cleaned up daily. Backups may age out separately. Closing the browser alone does not delete a saved review copy.

  4. 4

What the server keeps about a conversation

The chat itself lives in your browser. On our side a conversation is a structured record — the page you started from, your state and county, the charge category, stage and custody status you gave, message counts, and whether a lead was created — never the words of your messages. If you ask us to connect you with a defense firm or the founder, the exchange you consented to share is kept with your consent record as evidence of that consent; it stays on our servers and is never sent to a firm.

  5. 5

Attorneys receive structured summaries, never transcripts

A firm you choose to contact sees charge category, county, stage, custody status, and how to reach you — never a factual narrative and never your messages.

  6. 6

    No outcome promises, anywhere

We describe the law and the process. We never predict your result, score your case, or promise an outcome.

By pressing Send beside the linked notice, you agree to processing your messages and conversation context through Portkey and its configured Anthropic primary or OpenAI fallback. Providers may retain requests and responses for operational, security and legal purposes under their applicable policies. We do not promise zero provider retention. Published resources and the scripted Roadmap can be used without AI processing. Stop sending messages to stop future processing; completed processing cannot be recalled.

Provider details: Portkey, Anthropic and OpenAI. Optional review does not authorize model training. Saved exchanges are available only through the private owner-review screen, never the law-firm dashboard. Internal findings can inform separately tested improvements; they do not automatically change the assistant. Browser copies and separate lead or consent records are not deleted by removing a review copy. If you lose the delete control, contact the site owner through the contact details on this site.
